What To Expect
Rinaldo and Elena DiSalvo opened Mamma DiSalvo’s restaurant on July 8, 1979, with the help of Elena’s father Pasquale Berarado and their three sons, Nicola, Rinaldo Jr. and Roberto.
The family still cooks everything from scratch using only the finest quality ingredients available. fresh meats and imported cheese, pasta and olive oil.
The sauces and lasagna are made fresh daily by Roberto.
You can even take s little of Mamma’s home with you offering carry out and our world famous pasta sauce and salad dressing. Take a couple of jars to go!
